All products, wherever possible, will be dispatched to you within 3-5 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment or address details which may delay your order. Therefore, we ask that you allow 3-5 working days, once your order has been accepted, for it to be dispatched. We will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order if there is a delay or items are out of stock.

The standard delivery charge is per order, regardless of how many items are ordered. (This is non refundable)

Lui Menswear Ltd insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Lui Menswear Ltd and transferral of responsibility in the same way.


Taxes & Duties

UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands. Local VAT & Duties will be applied to all other EU destinations.  As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Lui Menswear Ltd is unable to advise the amount this may be.

Non EU customers will receive 20% VAT discount on their order once they have reached the checkout page.
This can be calculated by dividing the displayed item price by 1.2. If you simply reduce the price by 20% this WILL NOT be correct as the discount is only applied to the VAT inclusive amount.

Standard Delivery

Delivery will be made by Royal Mail within 3-5 working days of the dispatch of the goods from the lui distribution centre. If you wish to track your parcel, once you have received your dispatched update email from Per Lui, please check the Royal Mail website -www.royalmail.com

Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that we are unable to provide a specified delivery time or attempt delivery on weekends or Bank Holidays.

All deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

Royal Mail will make one attempt at delivery. After an unsuccessful delivery they will leave a card advising of the consignment number, date and time of attempted delivery and the address of the nearest post office, where your item will be available for collection (ID will be required). Should there be no attempt by you to collect the goods; they will be returned to us. If Online Customer Services receive no contact from you regarding this order within a further five days, the payment will be refunded minus our delivery charge and the return delivery fee.

Refunds And Exchanges

All items must be returned to Lui Menswear Ltd in their original condition, undamaged, unused / unworn and re-sellable as new. All branded tags and barcode labels must be attached and intact.

Ensure to enclose your ORIGINAL INVOICE as proof of purchase, any item(s) returned without proof of purchase will be refused.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase & would like a refund, please send your item(s) to the returns address above within 14 working days of receiving the item(s).

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow three working days for the receipt of goods for a refund to be actioned. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed. Upon receiving this email, please allow 3-5 working days for this to show in your available funds. This may vary dependant on your bank.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear and swimwear.


If you would like to exchange your item(s), please return to Lui menswear Ltd Online Returns Department within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

Please allow up to three working days from the receipt of a return for the replacement goods to be dispatched. Please note that if we do not have the available stock for the requested exchange, a refund will automatically be processed and a confirmation email will be sent.

Once we have received your item it will be assessed and a member of the returns team will be in touch accordingly.  


Returns Postage Reimbursement

We do not offer free returns on exchanges or refunds

Faulty Returns: please ensure to enclose proof of postage. Lui Menswear ltd will refund all postal charges incurred up to the value of £10, If the item is assessed and is deemed faulty. Any postal charges incurred over £10 will be absorbed by you, the customer. 

We recommend that you return item(s) using a Royal Mail Registered postal service with compensation cover.  Also we advise you to obtain a certificate of postage for your records. The item(s) remain the customer’s responsibility until receipt to Lui Menswear ltd has been obtained.
